This 70’s style town house needed to be updated for the family's modern lifestyle to make it highly functional for them and their guests. The goal was to keep the welcoming feeling and create a contemporary and family-friendly place for them. After a long yet very productive programming this 1850 square feet townhouse design became a nest for family without complicated structural work. The result is a truly bespoke space.
